Dental hygiene school taught you the skills. We'll help you build the confidence.

The jump from clinical rotations to a real patient chair is bigger than anyone tells you. You know the material, but speed, judgment, and the words to say to a nervous patient only come with reps and the right people around you. That's exactly what we've built for new hygienists here. We've onboarded several new grads before you. We know where the gaps are, and we've built the system to close them, without rushing you.

Position Overview This New Graduate Dental Hygienist role focuses on:

A structured runway (about 30 days) to transition from school pace to private-practice pace
Dedicated assistant support paired with you early on to help you find your rhythm faster
Direct access to a hygiene team with 20–30 years of combined experience
Regular team meetings where hygienists diagnose and problem-solve cases together
Coaching on patient communication and "the words to use," not just clinical technique
A high-feedback culture, you'll always know exactly how you're doing and what to work on next

______________________________________________________________________________________________________________Why This Role Is Different

We don't expect a finished product on day one, we built a system to grow you into one
You're paired with an assistant specifically to help new hygienists become productive faster
You're never diagnosing alone, the team meets regularly to work through cases together
You'll get real coaching on how to talk to anxious patients, not just how to treat them
We've done this before. Several new grads have come through this exact onboarding process
Modern digital workflow (Dentrix Ascend, iTero, Overjet AI diagnostics, CEREC) means less guesswork while you're building speed
